Dr. Holman attended Quinnipiac University for her undergraduate studies and graduated with her Bachelors of Art in Psychology. She then attended Southern College of Optometry and received her Doctorate of Optometry Degree in 2010.
Dr. Holman is a member of the American Optometric Association and Idaho Optometric Association. She currently volunteers on the Legislative Committee for the Idaho Optometric Association.
Dr. Holman was born and raised in Eagle, Idaho and is glad to be back in the Gem State.
She enjoys spending time with her children, Eric (18) and Vicki-Lynn (10), and many other family members in the area. Her favorite hobbies include reading, running/triathlons, golf, softball and pretty much anything else outdoors.
She participates in medical mission trips and has already been to Jamaica, Belarus & Mexico to provide free exams and glasses. Locally she volunteers for the Idaho Lions Foundation Vision Clinic where she donates her time performing exams and doing vision screenings for various organizations.
After completing his undergraduate degree in Biology from Brigham Young University, Dr. Jaimen Dixon received his Doctorate in Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2016 and was presented with the “Outstanding Clinician” award.
He received special training in primary eye care, ocular disease and the fitting and management of specialty contact lenses, including scleral lenses for diseased corneas and for those frustrated with dryness or fluctuating vision through standard soft contact lenses.
Dr. Dixon and his wife each grew up in Boise and after several years outside of Idaho they are excited to return home. He enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter and various outdoor activities, including camping, hiking and fly fishing.
