At Gem State Eyecare, we provide two separate evaluations during your appointment:
Vision Evaluation
During the Vision Evaluation, we’ll see what we can do to make your vision the best it can be. This includes checking your vision to see if there are any changes since your last visit, and other typical procedures that help us understand what's going on with your vision right now.
Health Evaluation
The Medical Eye Health Evaluation, which determines the future of your vision, will involve a number of diagnostic eye health tests you may not have experienced before to check for diseases such as Cataracts, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, and Diabetes.
Every visit to Gem State Eyecare is individualized for each patient you will have ample time and never feel rushed.
